When to repair or replace?
If you have a basic radio, generally it’s less expensive to replace. But for radios with specific features or flash features, it’s usually more cost effective to repair.

Why don't you fix radios for radio dealers or resellers?
Due to limited resources, we will fix radios for government agencies and companies (non-resellers). We do not have enough technicians to repair radios for radio dealers and individuals.

Yes, for 4 months.

Can you change features on a repaired radio?
We can add encryption to certain radios. But otherwise, only an authorized dealer or manufacturer can make feature changes.

Do you fix in-warranty equipment?
No. In-warranty equipment should be fixed by an authorized dealer or manufacturer.
