Can I cancel my order?

We are committed to processing your order as quickly as possible. Once you complete your purchase online, your order is immediately sent to our warehouse for packaging and shipping. If you've already completed the checkout process, please view our Return Policy for more information. Please also Contact us and we will attempt to cancel the order if it did not ship.

How do I return my order?

Our Customer Team works hard to ensure the return process is quick and easy. To return an item, you must first contact our Customer Team. Customer Team members respond to all emails within one (1) business day. A request to return merchandise must be made before 30 (thirty) days after the order is initially placed. Defective merchandise will be exchanged and will include return shipping (UPS Ground). Any merchandise returned for credit must be in saleable condition.

What is your return policy?

Your satisfaction is our top priority. Haloid Radios offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on all items we sell. Defective items, or items that you aren’t satisfied with, can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of the purchase date. Shipping charges, including return shipping, will be paid by Haloid. If you wish to return an item for a different reason, a full refund will be issued less shipping charges. However, modified and customer damaged items, or items in non-saleable condition, are not eligible for return. Every product sold by Haloidsolutions.com includes a warranty that exceeds our 30-day return policy. Therefore, if you experience problems down the road, you can rest assured that your product will be fixed.

Can I just send back my item without contacting you?

No. We are here to help, but we cannot correct a situation we do not know about. Please obtain a return authorization number first. Products returned without authorization will be rejected and shipped back to you at your cost.

What are time limitation for returns?

A request to return merchandise must be made prior to 30 (thirty) days after the order is initially placed. After an RMA # (Return Merchandise Authorization Number) is issued, the merchandise must be returned within 10 days.

What can be returned?

Almost all the items offered by Haloidsolutions.com may be returned within 30 days. However, certain products cannot be returned due to strict manufacturer return policies. These products are listed below:

  • Consumable (such as fuses, disposable batteries, or ear canals, and ear plugs).
What is the refund processing time?

After your merchandise is returned to our warehouse, the refund processing is approximately 2 - 7 business days. However, your credit card company may take up to 15 days before posting the actual credit to your account.

What else do I need to know about returns?

Please be sure to do the following:

  • Ensure that the authorization number is clearly marked on the shipping box.
  • Ship the product back in the same type of box that it was originally shipped in.
  • Products, whether defective or not, must be returned in the manufacturer's original packaging, and the carton must include all components and other items originally packaged with the product: cables, software, manuals, registration, and warranty cards, etc.
  • Linked promotional items must also be included.
  • Do not write or mark the packaging, contents or registration warranty cards.
  • Only products that are in saleable condition will be accepted for return.
