We are excited to offer repair services for out-of-warranty radio equipment.

Repairs Equipment supported: Portables, mobiles, repeaters, fire pagers, and multi-chargers. Manufacturers supported: Motorola, Kenwood, EF Johnson, Harris, and Tait.	Limited Modifications AES / DES encryption boards for XTS and XTL radios only* Encryption key loading for XTL/XTS/APX radios Control head / Remote head conversions *We can only perform hardware-based upgrades. We cannot modify the software on the radio. We cannot load algorithms. We cannot modify radio flashcodes or software features.
Clients supported: Government agencies, public safety organizations, and companies (non-resellers). We do not repair radios for individuals or radio dealers but plan to in late 2025.

• When to repair or replace?
  If you have a basic radio, generally it’s less expensive to replace. But for radios with specific features or flash features, it’s usually more cost effective to repair.
• Why don't you fix radios for radio dealers?
  Due to limited resources, we will fix radios for government agencies and companies (non-resellers). We do not have enough technicians to repair radios for radio dealers and individuals.
• Do you guarantee your work?
  Yes, for 3 months.
• Can you change features on a repaired radio?
  We can add encryption to certain radios. But otherwise, only an authorized dealer or manufacturer can make feature changes.
• Do you fix in-warranty equipment?
  No. In-warranty equipment should be fixed by an authorized dealer or manufacturer.
• How much do you charge for repairs?
