Open Box, Like New, or Demo

Renewed represents items that were never used. These are often open box, demo, or surplus items that are in like-new condition. If the original packaging is available, we'll state so in the description. Renewed items include Haloid's 30-day satisfaction and 3-month repair or replacement guarantee. Extended warranties are available as well.

Certified

Fully Functional & Verified

Certified represents off-lease items removed from service in working condition. Our certified technicians then perform a 33-point inspection to ensure they are fully functional. We then clean, sanitize, and prepare for them for resale. While cosmetic blemishes may exist, certified items are in perfect working order. Certified items include Haloid's 30-day satisfaction and 3-month repair or replacement guarantee. Extended warranties are available as well.
