Brand New (Direct from the Manufacturer)
Represents brand new items direct from the manufacturer. Brand new items include their original boxes and manuals. They also include full manufacturer warranties as well as Haloid's 30-day satisfaction and 3-month replacement guarantee. Extended warranties are available as well.
Renewed (Open Box, Like New, or Demos)
Renewed represents items that were never used. These are often open box, demo, or surplus items that are in like-new condition. If the original packaging is available, we'll state so in the description. Renewed items include Haloid's 30-day satisfaction and 3-month replacement guarantee. Extended warranties are available as well.
Refurbished (Fully Functional & Verified)
Refurbished represents items removed from service in working condition. Our certified technicians then perform a 33-point inspection to ensure they are fully functional. We then clean, sanitize, and prepare for them for resale. While cosmetic blemishes may exist, refurbished items are in perfect working order. Refurbished items include Haloid's 30-day satisfaction and 3-month replacement guarantee. Extended warranties are available as well.
