With the HaloidFlex Subscription Plans (Beta), companies and governments can pay one monthly price for short-term radio needs - with no upfront payment required! Subscriptions are suitable for clients that need radio equipment for 6 to 12 months.

Monthly payment include radios, FCC licensing, tech support, infrastructure, maintenance, and warranties. Plus, we can include coverage for accidents, theft, loss. And we also cover your accessories and maintenance - including batteries!

Whether it’s portable radios or complex LMR solutions, we’ll leverage our 25+ years of experience to protect your assets.

• Own or extend subscription: Keep or return the equipment for a set residual value. You choose the terms.
• Almost all device types covered: portables, mobiles, repeaters, gateways, duplexers, etc. - including equipment we currently do not sell.
• Coverage options: bundle in tower costs, FCC licensing, cellular data, and more.
• Accessories covered: chargers, microphones, holsters, and even batteries.
• Overnight replacements: we’ll overnight your pre-programmed replacement radio, so you can get back to work. 
• Full Service:  We make maintenance easy. We’ll program your replacements, segment models by locations, maintain a database of alias IDs and users, and even UV print replacement radios.
• Flexible: pay only for what you need. Choose from basic radio warranties to full support options.
• Emergency Service: For approved accounts, emergency replacement and technical support is available 7 days per week.
