We do not have remote access to your devices
We do not have backdoor access into any device we sell. However, the manufacturers of products we sell may have access into these devices for support and other purposes.

We record incoming phone calls
For compliance purposes, we record all incoming phone calls. We will archive certain calls indefinitely.

We store your programming information locally
Your programming information is stored locally on our U.S.-based servers.

We do not save credit card numbers
We do not store credit card numbers. After your order is placed, we lose the ability to access your credit card details.

We record user experiences on our site
For compliance and experience improvement purposes, we record and monitor experiences on our website. This information is intended to improve website customer experiences but may also be used for legal enforcement.

We are 100% U.S. owned and operated
We are accountable to operate our business to meet all U.S. laws, regulations, and reporting guidelines.

We have no foreign interest or control
We are proud to work with dozens of global suppliers that are integral to our business. But with most of our clients being U.S.-based government agencies, we must adhere to the strictest sensitivity guidelines. We do not report to, or have influence from, any foreign government, company, or investor. Nor do we share sensitive data (including sensitive customer data we collect) with any party outside the United States.

We prioritize low prices and availability
Our goal is to have the lowest prices possible that allow our business to be profitable. We do not price gouge limited parts. And we have a Fair Purchasing Policy to ensure no single customer can restrict the sale of items for other buyers.

We do not disguise the origin of our product
We do not disguise the manufacturer origin, or operating software, of foreign-manufactured devices. We do not mislead shoppers into believing foreign manufactured devices are either U.S. made or hosted on U.S. servers.

We do not sell products known to contain malware
Almost all of our products are manufactured by other parties. If we learn a product may contain malware or spyware, or other security vulnerability, we will immediately remove it from our catalog. We also encourage customers to report security vulnerabilities of LMR devices here.

We have thousands of satisfied customers, including hundreds of local, state, and federal law enforcement and public safety agencies.

Safety

We do not make non-FCC compliant modifications to equipment
We do not make hardware or software modifications to equipment that is neither FCC compliant nor approved by the original manufacturer.

We do not use harmful chemicals when cleaning devices
We use basic and pet-friendly chemicals when cleaning devices for resale. We do not use any chemicals that add a “wet” or “shiny look” due to safety concerns.

Our vehicles receive safety inspections before delivery
Per state law, every vehicle we sell is subject to a mandatory state safety inspection before delivery.

We prosecute those who impersonate government officials
Government impersonators are not welcome to do business with us. We will pursue any individual we believe is violating the law.

We share industry security bulletins with you
We share industry bulletins on our website and also encourage our customers and industry observers to report them to us.
