What happens next
A person reads it. One of our sales engineers, not AI. If your setup is unusual or not a fit for us, we'd rather find that out before the call than during it.
Scoping call. Usually 30 minutes. We work out what you have, what you want, and whether it's a pilot or a full project. If it isn't a fit, we'll say so on this call.
Written scope and pricing. What we'll build, what you provide, what it costs, and what's out of scope. In writing, so you can hand it to whoever signs.
On pricing
We build custom quotes because the number genuinely depends on how many channels and sites you have and what you want the AI to do. For example, a foreign language translation pilot on one talkgroup channel and a multi-site deployment with connected devices and automated into dispatch aren't the same solution.
Two things we can tell you up front:
- We start with pilots. They are deliberately small. They're sized to prove the integration on your own equipment without requiring a major capital outlay.
- It can be financed. Equipment and solutions run through our HaloidFLEX program for financing or leasing, including low and zero-interest options for qualified buyers. That's how some agencies can fit AI into their budget cycles.
