In order to use this device, it must be activated with Relay / REPUBLIC WIRELESS, so you must have an active plan with the company before purchasing from us. Thus, the sale of this item is restricted to buyers who already have an active Relay device account. This item includes a 90-day warranty from Haloid only, RelayGO will not warranty this item since it is being sold by us.
