Haloid’s rental division recently expanded into vehicles. We are excited to offer our inaugural ambulance for eligible public safety and government clients. This dual-stretcher ambulance comes complete - with lights, sirens, stretchers, and lots of other goodies.

Basic specs:
- Certified "Star of Life" ambulance
- 2009 original build ambulance with Horton 623 box (173" long x 96" wide x 72" headroom)
- Mileage is currently 44,210
- 24,500# GVWR, (8,161# remaining useable payload after build out - per certification label)
- Two Stryker manual cots (Stryker Power Cot can be used in rear position) with additional in box bench seating for seven (7)
- Or four (4) when using Ferno-Washington cot on long bench)
- Or four (4) when using Ferno-Washington cot on long bench)
- Crawl thru cab
- Three (3) independently controlled suction units, one on each side and one at front of box
- Two (2) Intelliplex Horton control modules in rear, one on each side
- On-Spot deployable rear chains
- Included: two (2) manual Stryker cots, D-tank storage for quick access four (4) liter flow bottles and 4 under seat additional storage
Rental terms:
- Price posted ($399) is per day;
- 30-day rental minimum;
- The renting agency is responsible to insure the vehicle;
- Agencies/organization will be vetted before the rental is accepted by Haloid;
- The vehicle must be picked up in Melville, New York. Or the client must pay a shipping fee each way.
Individuals are prohibited from renting this vehicle, even if the individual is a member of a public safety organization.
