Would AES 256 be able to be added to the VP6000 radio?

This is an 800 MHz radio. It operates on different frequencies. Before you order any radio, we suggest you contact a local radio programmer to guide you on what to purchase. We also do not recommend self programming as it could create legal issues if done improperly.
I am looking at the Kenwood VP6430 radio. The description states SCM Required....what is SCM?
