Motorola GR1225 H5158B VHF Repeater

Where can I find the HVN9054E Version 4 programming software for this radio?. So I have dug all over trying to find the HVN9054E Version 4 software used to program the Motorola GR1225. I've signup with the Motorola site and signed the agreement. Viewed their video on how to find software (menus have all changed), written support asking to get access to the Discontinued stuff as others have noted and searched every other link and reference I can find on Google. Still nothing. I've got a programming cable and an old Windows computer that will run the software but I just need the software. I have 2 of these units I need to program. Surely others have this laying around somewhere. Motorola says it's free as it is discontinued.

If you would have bought the repeater from us, we would have been able to have it programmed for you with our outside vendor. However, we cannot assist you with software. I suggest you contact your local authorized Motorola dealer and ask them to program the repeater for you.

How should I communicate programming information when purchasing this repeater?. Will you reach out for licensing and programming information after purchase or should I include that somewhere when checking out?
