    Questions & Answers

Q Do all of these models pair up ?

A Yes, if you order the custom programming option with the radio.

Q Can I get a bundle deal if I buy 10. I need 10 radios and I'm trying to see if I can get a bulk price.

A The items we sell are limited in quantity. We do not offer quantity discounts - or any discounts. The prices on our website are the lowest price available.

Q What is the difference between the different models (AAH02RDH9VA7AN vs AAH02RDH9VA1AN ) of 3500e ?

A The model ending in 7AN (or above) is a bulk production model. The difference between the two is that the 7AN does not support CapMax trunking. If you do not need CapMax, then we suggest the 7AN.

Q DO THESE HAVE A WARRANTY?

A Yes! Every Haloid Guaranteed item includes an industry-leading 4-month warranty. For PRO customers, the warranty is extended up to 6 months!

Q Hi, I am interested in buying six handsets. Also we need 6 spare batteries for the same radio. Please advise if you have these and at what cost.

A All options are sold as add-ons by selecting 'BUY & ADD-ONS' on the product page. You can select either a brand new or reconditioned battery.

Q The bottom of the page says nothing comes with the radio, however the image shows the charger and battery with a clip. Just wondering what exactly ships without any add ons.

A The optional accessories shown in the photo can be added by selecting 'BUY & ADD OPTIONS.'

    Q I need a new battery

A The battery can be purchased here:__

Q Hello, I work for the __ in California. We currently are using the Motorola XPR3500E but I am being told it has been discontinued. For continued continuity within our department, I am looking to stay with that radio. I am looking for 6 Motorola XPR3500E VHF portable radios. Do you have that many? In addition to the 6 radios I will need 6 batteries, 6 chargers and 6 microphones

A We sent you an email yesterday with a link to obtain a quote on the VHF model. We have 8 ready to ship.

Q Can you program radios to use in __ Ports for the railroad channels?

A Yes, but need permission (in writing) from the railroad and a dedicated POC for questions/verfication.

Q I am trying to buy some radios but your site isn't letting me to

A Can you please contact our customer service team for assistance? The site is functional and we did place a successful test order for this item.
