Unlike an iPhone, pairing radios to Bluetooth devices is a highly nuanced process - which many times will not work. In some cases, it could be the firmware of the radio or the device that needs an upgrade. Or it could simply be that the devices are not compatible.
To help alleviate your Bluetooth woes, our professional technicians will assist you. We charge $150 for the first hour of support - which includes the cost of inbound shipping label if we can assist you remotely. If we determine the Bluetooth device is not compatible with your radio, you will only be liable for 50% of our one-hour fee plus return shipping fees.
If more than one hour of support is needed, our hourly rate is $85/hour.
You can return this item in unused condition and we won’t charge a restocking fee. Learn more about our returns.
